Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email or phone within 14 days of delivery to log your return or exchange request with your order number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is in its original condition with all tags and the invoice slip inside.

  Ship the Parcel

  Send the package back to our central warehouse using a traceable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will conduct a quality check and, upon approval, process your exchange or issue a store credit voucher within 7-10 business days.
